Route Overview
The Naruto Skyline is a scenic road approximately 10.5 km long, connecting Naruto City and Matsushige Town in Tokushima Prefecture. Once a toll road, it is now completely free to drive.
This coastal route features breathtaking views from scenic spots like the Shiho-Mi Observatory, with panoramic overlooks of the Naruto Strait, islands of the Seto Inland Sea, and even Awaji Island on clear days.

The most beautiful stretch lies between Shiho-Mi Observatory and Naruto Mountain Observatory.
