Ishizuchi Skyline

Route Overview

The Ishizuchi Skyline is a scenic mountain road in Ehime Prefecture, stretching about 18 km from Omogo Gorge to Tsuchigoya.
It climbs over 850 meters in elevation, reaching the middle slopes of Mt. Ishizuchi — the highest peak in western Japan (1,982 m).
Along the way, you’ll see deep valleys, broadleaf forests, waterfalls, and seasonal colors. It’s especially beautiful in autumn.
